Jacqueline brings in more than two decades of experience in Executive Search and Management Consulting on C-Level & Board Level and upper management. Jacqueline is deeply experienced in the industrial sector with focus on robotics & automation, automotive & mobility, engineering & machinery as well as professional consulting services.
Formerly as Global Knowledge Manager at Egon Zehnder she was responsible for the solution of ambitious and demanding Search Mandates as well as Board Reviews. Jacqueline was also entrusted with global Talent Management Service and major global key account management.
Before Executive Search, she served as Knowledge Manager clients in the Engineering & Machinery sector with the world’s first management consultancy, Arthur D. Little, founded in 1886. She started her career in Consulting as Project Manager for the Automotive and Financial Services Practice with the Fortune global 500 and public listed company, Accenture.
Jacqueline earned her degree in Business Administration with focus on Organization and Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences Munich, and a degree in HR from the Chamber of Industry & Commerce. In addition she pursues her learning journey with leadership services at the Northwestern University of Chicago.
